The classic Colomba Marchesi 1824, in the 2 kg format, takes over 48 hours to prepare, with egg yolks from free-range hens, cane sugar, candied Sicilian oranges and an almond glaze. The natural leavening with mother yeast and the selection of only high quality ingredients guarantee the unmistakable flavour. Storage conditions: keep in a cool, dry place. Expiry date: 60 days.
