The combination of the sweetness of peaches, the crunchiness of the almond icing and the scent of vanilla blends perfectly with the characteristic notes of honey, offering a perfect balance and a unique taste experience. In this great Easter leavened cake weighing 750g, the fine ingredients such as Madagascar Bourbon vanilla, Italian honey and eggs from free-range hens are blended into a slow-rising dough thanks to the exclusive use of Marchesi 1824 sourdough starter.
