Marchesi 1824 selects the best cocoa varieties to create its mini chocolate bars. This assortment includes six Grand Cru cocoa varieties, divided between milk and dark chocolate. The three types of milk chocolate include: Venezuela 38%, Santo Domingo 46% and Bolivia 68%. The three dark chocolate varieties, on the other hand, offer increasing intensities: Venezuela 72%, Peru 81% and Maracaibo 88%.
