Description

A revival of the classic Colomba Marchesi 1824, composed of a soft dough made with the finest ingredients and enriched with semi-candied apricots, candied ginger cubes and amaretti biscuits. In this dough, the sweet flavour of apricots is combined with the fresh notes of ginger and the bitter sweet taste of amaretto, creating a perfect combination of flavours. Fine ingredients such as Madagascar Bourbon vanilla, Italian honey and eggs from free-range chickens are blended into a slow-rising dough thanks to the exclusive use of Marchesi 1824 sourdough starter, giving everything a delicate and fresh taste. Storage conditions: store in a cool, dry place. Expiry date: 60 days.
