Classic Marchesi 1824 Fig, Honey & Vanilla Panettone is a reinterpretation of the traditional Panettone. In this large leavened cake, the classic Marchesi 1824 dough, produced through a slow and skillful process using exclusively sourdough starter, is enriched with the intense flavor of chestnut honey and the sweetness of candied black figs. Compared to common yeasts, sourdough production requires more time and care to allow the development of microorganisms that provide multiple beneficial qualities and a unique flavor. Storage conditions: store in a cool, dry place. Expiration date: 60 days.
