A revisitation of the classic Marchesi 1824 Colomba, composed of a soft dough of Ivory Coast chocolate, naturally candied orange cubes and gianduja with IGP Piedmont hazelnut paste. This great Easter leavened cake weighing 750g has a delicate and fresh taste to the palate given by the fine ingredients such as Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar, Italian honey and eggs from free-range hens, blended in a slow-rising dough thanks to the exclusive use of Marchesi 1824 sourdough starter. Storage conditions: keep in a cool, dry place. Expiry date: 60 days.
