Our courses are conceived for those who wish to explore the world of pastry making, perfect their techniques and bring their culinary creativity to life. Each appointment will be dedicated to a specific aspect of pastry making, such as the basics and preparation of classic shortcrust pastry. We will then continue with creams, from the most traditional ones such as zabajone and custard, to the most refined ones, to create the most delicious fillings and desserts. Complete preparations will be made, such as cream puffs, soft apple pie and a variety of fragrant biscuits. During the course, each participant will have the opportunity to experiment and actively work on each creation.
