The Mimosa cake by Marchesi 1824 consists of a soft vanilla sponge cake filled with a light Chantilly cream and fresh strawberries. It is soaked with a sweet non-alcoholic vanilla syrup and decorated on the outside with small cubes of sponge cake. The cake serves approximately 6 people.
