The Mimosa monoportion by Marchesi 1824 consists of a soft vanilla sponge cake filled with a light Chantilly cream and fresh strawberries. It is soaked with a sweet non-alcoholic vanilla syrup and decorated on the outside with small cubes of sponge cake. The single portion weighs 70g. Storage and expiry conditions: 2 days at a maximum of 4°C.
